At Heilman's Performance, we offer a monthly membership for members of the general population who want to train hard and pursue an active and healthy lifestyle.
Clients who take advantage of our monthly membership will have the option to train at: 6:00 AM-7:30 AM Monday-Friday 4:00 PM-7:00 PM Monday-Thursday and Saturday mornings from 9:00 AM -11:00 AM.
Adults will be offered the option to train on a structured 4-Week Training Program or to take part in the HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Workout of the Day designed by our in-house coach.
We know you are busy, so we will have workouts available each morning and evening that can be completed in roughly 30 minutes or 60 minutes, depending on how much time you have to commit to your training that day. Adult training clients can come train as often or as little as they would like during the times listed above.
This option is reserved for the client who is looking for a little extra guidance and the watchful eye of a professional during their training sessions. We consult with and take all of our personal training clients through a thorough 1-on-1 assessment in order to design them a training program that will best suit their needs and goals. Once the program is designed, we ask that you give us at least one month's commitment to help you. Though a bit more expensive option, personal training is a great option for members of the general public who are being reintroduced to the world of health and wellness and want to make sure they are doing things properly.
