Step 1: Choose the program you'd like to be a part of. We offer strength and conditioning programs for youth athletes and adults, basketball skill development programs, and baseball & softball skill development programs. Step 2: Choose your membership. We offer 2 and 3 day per week memberships to all of our programs! Step 3: Decide how long you want to commit. You can pay walk-in, weekly, monthly, 3-month, or 6-month rates. The longer you commit, the more you save! Step 4: Check the Google Calendar below for the program you're interested in to see when it (and age group if applicable) is offered to be sure they work with your schedule. Days and times for each program will be updated monthly and will change depending on the season! Step 5: Fill out registration. Use the sign up button at the bottom of each program's page to get registered! Step 6: Use the buttons/links at the bottom of each program's page to pay for a walk-in session, one week, one month, or sign up to make monthly payments on a 3-month or 6-month membership. REMEMBER: The longer you commit, the more you save! Step 7: Show up and work hard!
