At Heilman's Performance we run five - 10 Week Performance Programs each year including a Summer Program, Fall Program, two Winter Programs, and a Spring Program. Our sessions for small group performance training are $20 per session + a $50 assessment fee with no time limit or restrictions on our sessions. We simply build a program tailored to the athlete's individual needs and goals and ensure they have all of the coaching and guidance they need from our educated staff. You simply choose how many days per week you would like to train with us and that ultimately dictates the price you pay for your 10 Week Program. Specific price points can be found below. For youth and high school athletes we have scheduling options for before school and after school starting at 6:00 AM and 3:00 PM respectively. During the Summer Program our training groups start at 6:00 AM and we offer scheduling options in 30 minute intervals (6:00 AM, 6:30 AM, 7:00 AM, 7:30 AM etc.) Our last group of the Summer Program arrives at 12:00 PM.
