Strength and Conditioning programs - how do they work?
We offer (5) 10 Week Strength and Conditioning Programs each year: a Summer Program, Fall Program, two Winter Programs, and a Spring Program. Price points for small group strength and conditioning are ultimately dictated by how many days per week you decide to send your athlete. We do not put time limits on strength and conditioning sessions. We simply build a program tailored to the athlete's individual needs and goals and ensure they have all of the coaching and guidance they need from our staff. All you have to do is choose how many days per week you would like to train with us and that ultimately dictates the price you pay for your 10 Week Program. For youth and high school athletes we have scheduling options for before school and after school starting at 6:00 AM and 3:00 PM respectively. During the Summer Program our training groups start at 6:00 AM and we offer scheduling options in 30 minute intervals (6:00 AM, 6:30 AM, 7:00 AM, 7:30 AM etc.) Our last group of the Summer Program arrives at 11:00 AM.
