We offer Youth Strength and Conditioning Programs all year round before and after school. We offer a Summer Program, Fall Program, (2) Winter Programs, and a Spring Program. The programs vary in length and availability dependent on the season. Sessions before school start at 6:00 AM and our after school program runs from 3:00-6:00 PM. The schedule is subject to change depending on the season so make sure you check our Google Calendar for specifics. We also offer walk-in, weekly, monthly rates for those who are not able to commit to full seasonal program. Youth athletes can choose to train with us one, two, three, or four days per week. Athletes must be at least 8 years old to participate. All of our youth athletes train from their own program so there is no need to group them according to age or experience. Our athletes sprint, perform plyometrics, and strength train in every training session. There are no time limits on our sessions, but they typically last anywhere from 50-80 minutes.
